Data from INI/BSU and ESU

Once a year, a ; (semicolon) delimetered csv file is recieved from INI and from Ministry of Fisheries, Hunting and Agriculture and imported into eTax - in the following format.

No headerline.
File encoding:UTF-8
If nothing else is mentioned, integers can be both positive and negative.
Each field (in the following data lines) is in format:

• FormatType: The text "BSU".
• CPR : The CPR on the person (in the format XXXXXXXXXX where X is a digit between 0 and 9) (Text, 10 characters)
• Interest: (Integer, 10 digits)
• Compensatory: (Integer, 10 digits)
• Balance: (Integer, 10 digits)
• XAL-Id: Unique id from XAL (Integer, 10 digits)
