CPR data to Akissarsiat

The purpose of this file is to keep Akissarsiat updated on CPR information

Every week on friday at 22.00 a mails is generated from "The Regional Greenlandic CPR Copy" of eTax. This mail has a file attached with data. The file is manually imported into Akissarsiat opon arrival by the Akissarsiat staff.
The file is a ; (Semicolon) delimetered .txt text file

The file always contains information on the persons that has been changed in the last 14 dayes. This means that if 2 successive files gets lost (is not loaded into Akissarsiat) - some person-updates might be missing in Akissarsiat.
There is no electronic control against such data loss. 
Remark: This datatransfer was established as a low cost solution in the most early part of this millennium and has been running almost unaltered ever since

There is at headerline. Header names befor the : in the below listing
File encoding:UTF-8
Each field (in each data lines) is in format:

• PNR: CPR number 10 digits.
• Z_ADR_EFTERNVN: Surname as used in the adress
• Z_ADR_FORNVN: First name as used in the adress
• Z_STANDARDADR: Adress line. Ex. Roadname housenumber etc.
• Z_CONVN: CO name if any
• POSTNR: Zip code 4 digits danish zipcode
• Z_POSTDISTTXT: Name of zipcode district
• LAND: Country name in danish. Ex. Danmark, Grønland etc.
• STAT: CPR status. Ex 05 active in Greenland, 01 active in Denmark, etc..

Remark: The file was defined more than 15 years ago and today (mid 2017) the choice of information in the file needs a reevaluation
